BRAND GENERATION
To help our previous client create a new serviced office brand identity that stood out from the generic and business like brands that populate London. Develop a brand that defined the quality of their buildings and the personal service given to their clients.
CREATIVE
We looked to create a brand that stood out from the more corporate identities but could also hold its own against the well known companies. It was essential that it was modern, fresh and exuded high end – as this is integral in every building they create. We directed, shot and edited all photography and footage for the brand, aligning this with the overall look and feel.
COMMUNICATION
All copy was also curated by our team – along with identities for all social / digital platforms that allowed them to work within a framework that maximised exposure to their target audiences.
EXPERIENCE
The brand was launched before the completion of the first building and so all clients had to commit off plan, relying on the online and printed materials alone. The first building was 90% full before completion.
