WOMEN’S TEAMS COMPETED IN THE INAUGURAL TOURNAMENT

Create an employee festival with a Europe wide reach to make people feel valued and appealing to staff from all role levels. After a 4 year hiatus due to COVID – our aim was to rejuvenate the previous format and produce a 3000 person experience that took on a bigger, better version of previous years.

CREATIVE

Develop and progress the look and feel for the festival – capturing the strong identity and essence of the event but making it fresh and new. 

 

COMMUNICATION

The build up to Eurocup is as big as the event, with activation across multiple social media channels (internal and external), live event engagement online and the various post event touchpoints – this is an event that lives months before and after the event. It is also requires exceptional guest management via our dedicated guest experience team who look after all pre-comms, registration and onsite customer service. 

 

EXPERIENCE

The event expanded well beyond the previous football and cheerleading tournaments. Across the whole festival site there were activities to be more inclusive promoting well-being, music, food and the inaugural women’s tournament.
