EMPLOYEE TRAINING GRADUATION

A multi-year training programme culminating in a global graduation tour for employees. The concept had to be transportable or be able to be produced in country, whilst retaining the replica experience no matter the location.

CREATIVE

All aspects of the creative needed to be adaptable for the environment and final print specs. To maximise sustainability but also be cautious of budget we developed a modular system that ensured we reused as much as possible and utilised local suppliers – generating income for local business where suitable. The creative was bold, on brand and celebratory.

COMMUNICATION

We handled all guest communication from initial invites through to post-event feedback. This required liaising with 1000’s of employees across all continents and languages. We focused on giving them all personal support and developing connections that were reflected by the onsite hosting team.

EXPERIENCE

The client asked us to lead on creation of budget, location finding, venue sourcing, production, delivering all aspects of the event and full guest experience. With an in depth knowledge of the client’s value and brand we were able to produce an experience that could be was replicated seamlessly for all global employees, to include recap sessions, CSR activities, well- being sessions, dinners and finally the graduation ceremony. Closing off a hugely successful training programme.
