Returning to the familiar venue where we had previously hosted the event, it was crucial for us to evolve the brand and enhance the production to introduce a new and dynamic approach. By incorporating ‘living’ walls, we successfully engaged guests in an environment that continuously transformed. This design element proved highly effective throughout the 3-day event, accommodating the evolving content and focus seamlessly.

COMMUNICATION

Our team managed the guest experience from 4 months out – utilising our bespoke registration site and also an event app we designed and built. The app became an essential tool onsite – hosting key information for both the conference and activities.

EXPERIENCE

By designating Dubai as the primary hub for guest travel, we made a strategic choice to assemble a blend of local and London-based teams to enhance this project. With 16 hours of plenary sessions, 6 master classes, and 23 presentation decks, the event featured informative talks and interactive panellist sessions. This was balanced with treasure hunts, luxury dinners, themed entertainment and wellness events, attendees were treated to a top-tier, end-to-end 5-star experience.
